Shipping Information

USPS 1st class — $2.50 per item
USPS Priority- $7.50 per item
FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $50- Use the FREESHIP coupon code when checking out.

I ship using USPS first class or Flat-rate Priority mail.

Orders will normally ship within 3-5 days or sooner.  Payment must be received before the item is shipped.  Please double check the shipping address on the invoice.  Any packages that are returned to me because of a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. If you purchased anything as a gift and would like me to write "to" and "from", just let me know! 

If tracking numbers are available, I will include yours in a shipping notification email. USPS failures are not my fault. The Curious Chiton is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Let me know if you have not received your package after the date it should have arrived, and I will work with you to figure it out.

I am happy to exchange or refund any item within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.  All items must be unused and in re-sellable condition. I DO NOT accept items returned in an "un-sellable" condition.

While extremely rare, The Curious Chiton reserves the right to refuse any order, any replacement, and any refund due to the limited availability of handmade items.

In the case of an EXCHANGE:
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and exchanged merchandise must be in re-sellable condition. Only applicable for US orders, (sorry international folks).

1. Please contact me through the email that you used to make the purchase and let me know why you want to exchange and for which size/design. You may be asked for your order number.

2. I will email you a shipping label as a pdf to use to ship the shirt back to be exchanged. 

3. Once I receive the exchange and confirm the item is in re-sellable condition, i will ship out your desired size/design.
In the case of a RETURN: 
1. Please contact me through the email that you used to make the purchase and let me know why you want to return the item.  You may be asked for your order number.

2. For returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping.

3. Once I receive the item and confirm that it is in re-sellable condition, I will issue a refund.
Once items are shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
